RESCUE SLEEP SPRAY 20ml
Rescue Sleep is a composition of 6 Bach Flower Remedies. It will help you relax after a day full of exciting or challenging experiences and enable a peaceful, regenerating sleep.
Rescue Sleep formula contains six out of 38 flower essences: Impatiens, Cherry plum, Star of Bethlehem, Rock Rose, Clematis, and White chestnut. It is a perfect solution for those, who would like to enjoy the benefits of the Bach Flowers but for various reasons prefer to avoid any consumption of alcohol, which is normally used to preserve Bach Flower Essences.
Note: Rescue Sleep is not a panacea for insomnia, because sleeping difficulties may be caused a variety of factors and emotional states. For example, if you are overexcited with some everyday matters and cannot fall asleep - Vervain might be appropriate. If you suffer from fear and insecurity, you should consider Mimulus. Thus, one should analyse the reasons or obstacles that impede your sleep.
Dosage of the RESCUE NIGHT SPRAY
Take two doses directly on your tongue. Repeat if necessary after some time.
