PMS Tea promotes a healthy premenstrual cycle by temporarily reducing water retention.

How do I know it works?
PMS Tea contains herbs traditionally used to eliminate excess fluid by supporting kidney function, which is responsible for maintaining fluid and electrolyte balance in the body. It also supports liver function, which breaks down excess estrogen, a factor in cycle-related water retention.

When should I use it?
When experiencing water retention, drink 3-4 cups of PMS Tea daily during the 7-10 days before menstruation.

Suggested Use

Brew Well to be Well

For maximum benefit, medicinal tea must be properly prepared. Pour 8 oz. freshly boiled water over a tea bag in a cup. Cover up and steep 10-15 minutes. These steps directly influence the amount of beneficial components that will end up in your teacup! Gently squeeze the tea bag to release any remaining extract. Drink 3-4 cups daily during the premenstrual week.
For an extra strength brew, use two teabags or brew up a whole pot using four or five teabags.
