Delivery Information

 

 

 

We welcome shoppers from around the world. You can either shop for yourself, or buy a gift for your friends. The delivery address does not have to be the same as your own address, so you can shop for someone locally or overseas. We deliver local or internationally!

 

 

Local Delivery 

 

  • For someone located in Hong Kong or overseas to buy something for oneself or someone located in Hong Kong.
  • Free delivery for purchase of HK$300 or above (excluding Outlying Islands and restricted areas of Lantau Island, e.g. South Lantau).  Our company has the final decision whether the delivery address is consider address covered by the Free Delivery service areas (this all depends on our courier companies service coverage and costs).  For any purchase below HK$300, a delivery charge of $30 will be required (excluding Outlying Islands and restricted areas of Lantau Island). 
  • For Remote Areas including Outlying Island (Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, other parts of Lantau Island, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island), we provide Free delivery with purchase of order $800 or above.  (Excluding very furnitures) For any purchase below HK$800, a delivery charge of $50 will be required
  • Extra delivery charge might incurred if you required the delivery person to carry the order up staircases or walk a long distance from the parking.  (This will normally be collected by the delivery person, they will inform you upfront if such a charge is required)
We are using the JumpPoint and S.F. Express Courier Service to deliver your purchase to Hong Kong address.  Making sure you get the best delivery service.  Normally, the delivery lead time is about 2-3 working days, except when there is holiday or peak season (like Christmas) or bad weather (which might take more days to delivery).  It's our company's choice on which courier company to use for each delivery, customer cannot specified on the courier choices.

For large item like Stroller, Furniture, etc., we will be using dedicated delivery agent, the delivery lead time could be up to 1 week from your order confirmation (i.e. completely paid).

 

NOTE for use of EF Locker (Read this before choosing EF Locker service):

  • Ensure Accessibility - For customer choosing the EF Locker, please ensure the locker that you are choosing is at the location that you are accessible of (i.e. do not choose any EF Locker at Residential Address which you are not the resident).  
  • Delivery Time - There is NO guarantee for the delivery time/day for EF Locker delivery.  Please do not choose EF Locker delivery if you are needing the order urgently.  It will only be put in the locker of your choice ONLY when there is empty Locker space available.  The size of the parcel will affect the time of the delivery as well, larger size parcel required a locker of larger size, and there are less Large Locker available. 
  • Change of Locker Location - If the parcel has not be placed in the locker, you can contact us at office hour to make the changes with no extra cost.  If the parcel has been put into the locker, customer need to pay extra cost to relocate the parcel to a different locker location. 
  • Time for collection - You have 30 hours to collect your parcel after receiving the SMS notice for collection.  After the time expired, the courier company has the rights to remove your parcel from the locker and there might be charges incurred to redeliver this parcel.
  • Size of Parcel - The maximum size of the parcel that is allowed for EF Locker collected is 75cm with H + W + L.  Maximum width for the parcel must not exceed 35cm and length must not exceed 45cm.

Delivery to Outlying Island

o    Free Delivery to Tung Chung with order $300 or above  (except large furnitures)

o    Free Delivery to other areas (including Discovery Bay, Ma Wan,  other parts of Lantau Island, Lamma Island, Cheung Chau) with order $800 or above  (except large furnitures)

Note: Delivery Person will only make the attempt to deliver if the delivery person got hold of you.  If the Delivery Person can't reach you, there could be delayed with the delivery.

International Delivery 

 

We are using the Hong Kong Post (E-Express, Normal Air or SpeedPost), UPS and S.F. Express (China & Macau only). Making sure you get the best delivery service.

 

 

Delivery Time 

 

You order will be process as soon as we receive your order. And we will try our best to pack and dispatch your order by the next business day. Normally, International should take 3 - 14 business days from the date of purchase to receiving your order. For local delivery, it should take 1 – 7 days to receive your order (unless specific on the products as some product will need longer deliver lead time).

 

We can only provide you with the estimated delivery time, as we cannot predict any delays caused by customs regulations & procedures. Depending on the country of delivery, the delivery time might vary. Moreover, if you shop during the peak season like Christmas, Chinese New Year, or any special holiday, it could take longer to deliver.
