For our delicious organic cocoanut shortbread biscuits we only use the best smelt and wheat flour from open-pollinated Demeter grain, creamy Demeter butter, aromatic cocoanuts and mildly sweet agave syrup. The healthy snack for school, sport and leisure.

Quality

Demeter cows receive large amounts of green fodder – directly on fresh pastures, where they spend most of their life, are familiar with rain and sunshine, are free to lie down in the grass or wander around with the herd to their hearts' content. They feel at home and at ease. And you can taste it too!  Studies show that the wholesome milk from Demeter cows is tolerated by people who react allergically to conventional milk products.
