These Gummies contain over 10 Vitamins and Minerals, including Vitamin A for eye health, B Vitamins for energy metabolism, and Vitamin C & D to support immune function.
Two gummies contain 400 IU of Vitamin D, which is the dosage recommended by pediatricians for children¹.

1. The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends children and adolescents receive at least 400 IU of Vitamin D per day from food or supplements. These gummies provide 400 IU per serving for children 4 and up and 200 IU per serving for children 2 to 3. Wagner C. et al. Pediatrics 2008: 122: 1142-1152.

Suggested Use

Children 2 and 3 years of age: Chew one (1) gummy daily. Adults and children 4 years of age and older: Chew two (2) gummies daily.

Ingredients

Maltitol syrup, gelatin, lactic acid, citric acid, fruit & vegetable juice (color), natural falvours, maltodextrin, fractionated coconut oil (contains carnauba wax), silica, luo han guo fruit extract (monk fruit), mannitol.
