Two gummies contain 400 IU or vitamin D, which is the dosage recommended by pediatricians for children.¹
¹ The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends children and adolescents receive at least 400 IU of Vitamin D per day from food or supplements. These gummies provide 400 IU per serving for children 4 and up and 200 IU per serving for children 2 to 4 Wagner, C. et al. Pediatrics 2008; 122:1142-1152.
Children 2 to 4 years of age. Chew one (1) gummy daily. Adults and children 4 years of age and older: chew two (2) gummies daily.
Corn syrup, sugar, gelatin, citric acid, natural flavors, vegetable juices (color), pectin, dicalcium phosphate, maltodextrin, silica, fractionated coconut oil (contains carnauba wax), mannitol. Contains fish (tuna) ingredients.
