This mission has led us to integrate the contributions of research studies, customer feedback, chiropractic support and working directly with newborns in the design of the NEW ERGObaby Infant Insert Heart 2 Heart. This new version carries the baby in the tummy-to-tummy position, hence the name Heart 2 Heart.

Our innovative design promotes healthy maturation of the spine by supporting the pelvis, hip joint, and leg position rather than putting a baby in a compromising sitting or hanging position before the spine is ready. It has extra cushions at the back and bottom to support the natural curvature of a baby's developing spine. The ERGObaby Infant Insert Heart 2 Heart also supports the safety of the baby’s head and neck in this critical stage of development. Thanks to the ERGObaby Infant Insert Heart 2 Heart and Carrier in combination, parents can carry their newborn close to their heart so they can remain attentive to their baby’s needs and at the same time continue daily activities. The ERGObaby Infant Insert is a specially padded and shaped cushion that can be quickly and easily placed in the carrier and readjusted as needed. This design easily enables parents to ensure that their newborn is positioned correctly on the pillow, keeping pressure off the developing sacrum, and supports the development of the spine and hips. It snaps closed around the infant, holding the baby in a cozy, protected environment close to the heart, as well as in an ergonomically correct natural sitting position.

With the Infant Insert, the ERGObaby Carrier is the only carrier parents will ever need, from newborn to toddler. The insert is a specially padded and shaped cushion that can be quickly and easily placed in the carrier and readjusted or folded to pad just the right places for your infant. Your infant is then cradled in a cozy, protected environment close to your heart. With the Original Infant Insert, your baby is supported with both feet to one side in a sling-like, cradle position. The Infant Insert Heart 2 Heart supports infants in the vertical position, recently determined to be ideal for protecting baby’s developing hips and spine. Infant Inserts can be used for babies from newborn to around four to six months. Parents can remain attentive to their baby’s needs, and at the same time continue daily activities.
