Castagno - Organic Durum Wheat Italian Pasta Fusilli with Spirulina

Description
Spirulina is an algae which contains a very high concentration of protein. It is also rich in many nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids. The addition of fresh spirulina to Castagno Organic Durum Wheat Fusilli with Spirulina delivers a very complete nutritional profile with more than 100 nutrients. Spirulina is used as a nutritional supplement and has a strong positive effect on the immune system.

Durum wheat semolina*, spirulina 3%, water.

How to
Bring a large pot of water to a boil on the stove. 1 liter of water is recommended for every 100 grams of pasta. When the water comes to a boil, add Castagno pasta and a pinch of sea salt for taste, stir occasionally. Cook at a rapid boil for approximately 5-7 minutes or until the pasta is al dente. Drain the pasta and season it preferably with extra virgin olive oil or butter. This pasta can be served with any sauce.
